The moment a review can be purchased, it stops being a review. That principle shapes every commercial decision we make at Project Management Club, and this page explains what that means in practice.
Our position on advertising
Project Management Club does not accept sponsored posts, advertorials, or paid product placements. We do not publish content written by or on behalf of software vendors, and we do not offer paid inclusion in our reviews or comparison articles. Display advertising, where it appears on the site, is clearly labelled and carries no editorial weight. No advertiser can influence our review conclusions, our rankings, or the criteria we use to evaluate tools.
Why we work this way
Project managers choose software that will shape how their teams work for years. They need analysis that serves their interests, not analysis that has been adjusted to serve the interests of a vendor who paid for a better result. Our independence is the product. A site where rankings can be bought is a site that cannot be trusted, and a site that cannot be trusted is no use to the reader making the decision we are trying to help them make.
Vendor outreach
When we decide to review or include a tool in a comparison, we make that decision based on editorial relevance, not commercial outreach. We do not accept payment for coverage. If you represent a vendor and believe your product belongs in one of our categories, you are welcome to reach out, but inclusion is always determined by our editorial team and is never guaranteed.
